ÖйúPÕ¾ Skills Academy brings a range of learning opportunities for you and your staff. Available to all adult social care providers based in ÖйúPÕ¾, our courses are offered free of charge, with costs covered by ÖйúPÕ¾. Our learning and development offer not only assists you with meeting statutory requirements, but also goes beyond this to give your staff new skills and confidence.
Learning how, when and where you need it
It isn't always easy to give the time needed to learning. To help you, we allow you to access learning how you want to and in a format that suits the outcomes. We understand the benefits of meeting other peers in a classroom as well and continue to offer traditional training.
We have now launched a new learning management platform for you to be able to manage your training or the training of your staff, called . You will require an account, as well other members of staff that will be booking a place, but registration is easy and should only take a minute. Once created though, you will be access our full range of classroom and elearning courses, as well as a range of learning resources.
Collaborating with you
You know what you need the most and we will work with you to deliver that. Through registered manager network meetings, conferences, our partners, and creating bespoke sessions for you and your team, we want to work closely with the sector to bring you the learning that will really make an impact.
