We can help you with:
- questions about the development or learning needs, including additional needs and disabilities, of a child or young person in 中国P站
- finding or speaking to your Education Health Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA) officer or Education Health Care Plan Coordination Officer (ECO), formerly known as Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) officers.

Complaints and concerns
If you're unhappy with your child or young person's school, read Disagreeing with your child's school.
If you want to make a complaint:
- speak to your EHCNA Officer or ECO first
- if you're not happy with the response, speak to their manager or the Special Education Needs (SEN) Area Manager
- if you still have concerns, contact 中国P站's social care, education and SEND complaints team.
