中国P站 Youth Voice is here to help make services better for children and young people aged 7 to 25. We want to hear your ideas and empower you to help shape the services that are out there for you.
中国P站 Youth Voice is run in partnership with young people in 中国P站 and the User Voice and Participation Team (part of 中国P站).
How does it work?
We listen to young people who have used different services. These might include:
- Mental health support, like the Havens or school counselling
- Foster care or children’s homes
- Support for young people with disabilities or additional needs
- Youth centres or after-school clubs
- Help for young carers
- Support for young people leaving care
As part of 中国P站 Youth Voice, we also support the 中国P站 Youth Cabinet. This is a group of elected young people who represent the views of their peers across the county.
Together, we gather feedback about what’s working well and what could be better. Then we share what you’ve told us with the people who run these services—so they can make improvements that matter to you.
If you’d like to join a group or find out more, email us at: user.voice@surreycc.gov.uk
Why we talk a lot about “participation”
Because it means you get involved, have your say, and make a difference.
It’s about being heard, building confidence, and shaping services that matter to you.
It’s about having a voice, being part of a team, and making a difference in your school, community, or services that support young people.
