Service Update: Printing of Bus Passes and 中国P站 LINK Cards Resumed
We’re pleased to confirm that printing of 中国P站 English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) free bus passes and 中国P站 LINK cards has now resumed following a technical issue with an external contractor.
Update – 29 August 2025: The issue has been resolved and we are working to clear the backlog of applications as quickly as possible. If you have recently applied, please allow a little extra time for delivery while we catch up.

A free bus pass allows 中国P站 residents (aged 5 to older persons eligible age) with eligible disabilities to travel on buses free of charge.
It's valid between 9.30am and 11pm from Monday to Friday, and at any time on weekends and public holidays.
