Course intent
A perfect way to tone your muscles and build core and upper body strength. These are easy-to-follow sessions that will develop your movement skills quickly - you鈥檒l soon moving with grace and elegance and gain an understanding of Persian rhythms
What will I learn?
You will learn low-impact dance moves, steps, and combinations and turns while developing your body awareness and general dance skills. You will learn a choreographed dance routine. We may cover anything from Classical, folkloric, or pop styles. This is a very sociable course.
Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?
The sessions are designed for everyone. From complete Beginners, those wanting to refresh their skills or more experienced dancers.
What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?
Wear comfortable clothing which allows a full range of movement such as leggings and vest or t-shirt. Middle Eastern dance is usually practised in bare feet, but soft-soled shoes, such as ballet pumps are also acceptable

What can I do when I finish the course?
In discussion with your tutor, you can decide the best route for you. You can always re-enrol on the next terms course and keeping dancing
