Family Learning - Help I have a Fussy Eater (Online)

What will I learn?

This is a FREE online workshop, where you will learn strategies and techniques to encourage your child to enjoy certain foods that perhaps have previously been refused.

A list of ingredients will be emailed to you. YOU DO NOT REQUIRE A MIXER OR BLENDER if you do not have one.

• Prepare colourful food.
• Cook together and make healthy food.
• Discuss new food ideas for your child

Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?

This course is for parents, carers, grandparents and children aged 5 + who want to cook together. This is delivered online via Zoom.

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

You will need to:

• Have your camera on
• Provide a mobile phone number and email address when you enrol so that we can contact you about your course.
• Please attend all sessions
• A reliable internet connection
• A computer/laptop/tablet or phone with a fully updated browser (preferably Google Chrome), microphone and camera
• A pen and paper
• Check your email for detailed joining instructions two days before course starts.
• Fill out the 'Tell us what you think' form
• Contact us on family.learning@surreycc.gov.uk if you have any questions

Additional Information

This course does not qualify for an Education and Skills Funding Agency subsidy, so no concessions are available.

We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities. When you enrol, please let us know if you would like to discuss your extra support needs with a member of the Supported Learning Team who will then contact you as soon as possible. If you are enrolling within 10 days of the course start date, we may not be able to contact you before your first class.
