Course intent
This is a six week course studying the fascinating lives of King George III, Queen Charlotte and their family.
What will I learn?
In this course we鈥檒l explore the lives of this fascinating family. Did you know that the eldest of the 15 children of George III and Queen Charlotte was born in 1762? The last one lived to be photographed with Queen Victoria and died in 1857. The eldest grandchild, the tragic Princess Charlotte of Wales, died in 1817 yet her cousin, Augusta, Grand Duchess of Mecklenburg-Strelitz lived on until 1916.
