Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?
The workshop welcomes everyone.
You will need to supply:
- 1 x deep air tight container for the muffins
- 3 x separate containers for the crisps, biscuits and mince pies
What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?
Please ensure you have completed the following before the first session:
- It is essential all learners click this link https://customer.surreycc.gov.uk/sal-cookery-checklist - complete and submit.
- You will be emailed a workbook. It will outline the ingredients & resources you need to bring and those that will be supplied.
- Inform adultlearning@surreycc.gov.uk if you need any adaptations to the recipes.

When you enrol, please let us know if you would like to discuss your extra support needs with a member of the Supported Learning Team who will then contact you as soon as possible.
