Immerse yourself in our SAL Kitchen for a hands on practical cooking and nutrition fusion
experience. Discover how to move away from ultra-processed foods (UPFs) and embrace fresh,
wholesome ingredients that nourish your body and mind
What will I learn?
During this workshop you will learn how to prepare the following commonly used processed foods using fresh unprocessed ingredients for wholesome home-made dishes and snacks.
- Naturally Creamy Mayo
- Healthy Tasty Crisps
- Real Food Breakfast Bars
Louise is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a passion for incorporating nutrient-rich foods into everyday cooking
Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?
The workshop welcomes everyone.
You will need to supply:
- 1 x Tupperware container for breakfast bars
- 1 x container for the broccoli crisps
- 1 x sealable jar/container for the mayonnaise
What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?
Please ensure you have completed the following before the first session:

- You will be emailed a workbook. It will outline the ingredients & resources you need to bring and those that will be supplied.
