Course intent
During this workshop we will be diving into the world of dairy-free deliciousness, exploring tasty, nourishing alternatives that are better for your body, your waistline, the animals, and the planet.
Your tutor Lynn Parry-Jones believes that food should be vibrant, healing, and full of life. Many people don’t realize just how much dairy can impact their health, contributing to inflammation, skin issues, digestive problems, and even increasing the risk of serious conditions like cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.
Switching to plant-based alternatives isn’t just about what we cut out; it’s about what we gain. Think better digestion, more energy, easier weight management, and a whole lot more compassion on your plate. And yes, you can still enjoy creamy cheeses, silky yogurts, and rich milks made from nuts, seeds, and coconuts... all without compromise.
What will I learn?
In this demonstration workshop you will learn how to make simple, empowering choices that truly support long-term health and vitality - by cutting out the dairy.
Your tutor will demonstrate the techniques to prepare the following dishes which you will have the opportunity to see the finished results and taste
- Oat Milk
- Coconut Milk
- Coconut Cream
- Almond Milk
- Flaxseed Milk
- Fruit Flavoured Milk
- Coconut yogurt
- Cashew Cheese spread
